    All items are handmade with care and creativity. That means no two pieces are exactly the same — and that’s the magic of it! Please allow for tiny variations in color, size, or shape.
  2. Orders & Turnaround Time
    Some pieces are made to order. Please allow the discussed time for your item to be lovingly created and prepared for shipping. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know faster than you can say “frogging yarn.”
  3. Cancellations & Changes
    Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun — they’re made just for you!
  4. Returns & Refunds
    If your item arrives damaged or something’s not quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make things right.
  5. Shipping & Delivery
    We ship from Strand, using trusted local services. Once your package has left our hands, delivery times may vary — but we’ll send tracking info where available. Please double-check your address!
  6. Content & Creativity
    All designs, photos, and content on this site are the creative property of Entwined Yarn Crafts. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Processing Time
Each order is made with time, love, and a sprinkle of creativity. Unless otherwise stated, please allow the agreed upon time for your item to be made and packed before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Details
We ship from Strand, and use reliable courier services. You’ll receive tracking details where available. Once your order leaves our studio, delivery times are out of our hands — but we’re always happy to help you track something down!
Local pickup or drop-off may be available by arrangement — just ask!

Payments
We accept Yoco and EFT. All prices are listed in South African Rand’s, and include any applicable taxes.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please let us know within 7 days.
We do not accept returns on custom orders unless there’s a mistake on our side.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we’ve made an error.
We’re a small handmade shop, not a big factory — but we care deeply, and we’ll always do our best to keep you happy.
